Procedures of Graduation Proof for the Lost of Certification of Graduation

1.      The applicant should check and get a proving letter of graduation in the Archive;

2.      A public announcement on newspapers in or above municipal level stating the lost and invalidity of the Certification of Graduation is required;

3.      The applicant should bring these documents to verify in his/her college/school: the original checking files from the Archive, the newspaper with the announcement, the application and one colorful full face photo of the applicant in 2 inches. If a client is entrusted, he/she should bring a letter of entrustment, his/her valid card and a copy of that card;

4.      The applicant should bring the above documents to the Graduate Education and Administration Office of the Graduate School;

5.      The Graduate Education and Administration Office will prepare the materials concerned;

6.      The Graduate Education and Administration Office will make and issue the proof after 5 workdays.
