1. Scope of Materials

Materials issued and sealed by Office of Student Affairs， the Graduate School,

Office of Student Affairs and other departments.

2.Service Location

1) Student Affairs Hall at Siming Campus( Jiageng Building No.3, the 1^st floor)

2) Student Affairs Hall at Xiang’an Campus( Student Activity Center, the 1^st floor)

3.Service Time

Weekdays( 8:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m. ,excluding holidays and festivals)

4.Requirements

1) Materials should be checked at Student Affairs Hall by staff members from

Office of Student Affairs before they are sealed.

2) Envelops should be prepared by students in advance; the requirements of size of the envelope is listed as follows:

a. If the materials are used for going abroad(border), the envelope size should be ZL or C5; meanwhile, the signature should be Xiamen University alone.

 b. In other circumstances, the envelope size is based on requirements from receiving units.

5. Other notes

If the materials are to be used and printed by the university office, they should also be sealed by the office.
