The Graduate School Held Meeting of 2014 of Second-round Exam and Enrollment for In-service Staff Applying for a Master Degree

      In the afternoon of December 26th, the Graduate School held meeting of 2014 of second-round exam and enrollment for in-service staff applying for a master degree in Conference Room 215 in Song’en Building. Executive Vice Dean of Graduate School, Professor Tao Tao hosted the meeting. Leaders and staff members from Admissions Office, Examination Office, Supervision Department and other related divisions attended this meeting.

      Hou Libiao, the director of Examination Office, stressed that all divisions should formulate strict disciplines for examinations, standardize the procedures of the second-round exam, and record the entire exam progress to create a fair atmosphere in the examination room. Fang Taiwei, Deputy-Division-Head level Supervisor, pointed out that all divisions should further improve the collective decision-making and supervising system to ensure a fair, just and reasonable second-round exam process.

      Luo Chunxia, Deputy Director of General Affairs Office of Graduate School, conveyed the procedures and requirements for the task of exam and admission, with stress on the differences in qualification censor, exam arrangement and admission between this year’s task and previous years’.

      In the end of the meeting, Tao Tao said that the enrollment of in-service staff studying for a master’s degree is of great importance, that all divisions should cooperate to patrol during the entire exam process to ensure the fairness, justice and reason of exam, thus ensuring high-qualified students can be enrolled. Meanwhile, he also demanded that all colleges and departments should make full preparations as required and make in-time adjustments for possible changes so as to accomplish the task.
