Recently,
a research group led by Prof. Chen Xiaoyuan and Dr Nie Liming with the Center
for Molecular Imaging in the School of Public Health has made great
achievements in the field of molecular imaging. The paper, published on Nature
Communications, was titled “Artificial local magnetic field in homogeneity
enhances T2 relaxivity”.
The
paper was coauthored by Zhou Zijian, a postdoctoral researcher, and Tian Rui, a
doctoral student, with the guidance of Prof. Chen Xiaoyuan and Dr Nie Liming.
The research, partly supported by Prof. Wang Ruifang of Department of Physics
and Prof. Gao Jinhao of College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, was
sponsored by National Natural Science Foundation of China, National High-tech
Research and Development Program (“863” Project), Major R&D Platform Program
in Fujian Province and NIH Intramural Research Program in the US.
