Recently, Chinese Society of Academic Degrees and Graduate Education has announced its 2015 research project list with a total of 425 approved research projects, of which three come from Xiamen University. Two of the three are surface projects, namely Development Strategy and Task Research on Degree and Graduate Education by professor Bie Dunrong of Institute of Education, and Research on Interdisciplinary Talents Cultivation Status Quo and Its Institutional Mechanism of Research Universities by associate professor Xu Lan of Institute of Education; the third is an optional project, namely Research on Teaching Quality of Graduate Courses-Based on Construction of Brand Courses of Xiamen University by professor Chen Gong, deputy dean of Graduate School.
